patrician family that has a long lasting bond with

Otranto and its sea, the latter renowned for its
cliffs, sandy beaches and the sea floor that is a

conversion of the original farming complex, built in
the '700, whose economy was based on beet, olive
trees and cattle breeding. The owners transformed
the central building into a comfortable luxury
villas for rent in Apulia, refined and welcoming
summer house but they preserved the original
structure and the large farm yard. Later on they
restructured the remaining buildings and transformed
the warehouses, barns and workers housing into guest
quarters. The aim of the renovation was to create a
little village where each luxury villa for rent in

was too large for the summer stay of the family and
their circle of friends and the owners decided to
share it with others by renting out some of the
