Romasi
historical palace has charming holiday
homes and it sets in the ancient part of
Alessano, a little village in the South
of Apulia. The historical accommodation
is only 10 km far from Santa Maria di
Leuca and 6 km from the beautiful cove
in Marina di Novaglie. The historical
building, in the past was property of
the Romasi noble family, has recently
been carefully and extensively
refurbished and well furnished with
antiques. It can accommodate 20/22
guests who may make bookings either for
the whole building or, separately, for
the 5 apartments of which it is now
composed after the renovation. The
guests can use the pool and the
solarium. The guests' apartments are
distributed on two floors, the ground
floor is characterized by an ancient
stone bay that goes in the yard,
surrounded by high walls, and where you
find the swimming-pool (3x9 mt) and the
nice entrance that welcomes the visitors
with its baroque balcony and white
stairs.
The historical accommodation
consist of five self catering dwellings
for rentals
"Affresco", at the first floor,
has got three bedrooms and three
bathrooms, a wide living area with LCD
and Hi-Fi stereo, well equipped kitchen,
a dining room up to 10 people and a
wonderful terrace with view on the
swimming pool. The ceiling of the entry
is decorated with a marvellous fresco.
“Barocco", at the first floor,
has a living room with kitchenette,
double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, it
can host 2 people.
“Croce di Malta", that can hosts
up to 4 people on two floor connected by
and ancient stone stair, it has two
double bedrooms, two bathrooms with
shower, living room and kitchen with
stone fireplace.
“Arco", at the ground floor, has
a beautiful stone vaulted ceiling, can
host up to 4 people and has a double
bedroom and a wide living-room with
double sofa-bed, kitchenette, dining
area and bathroom with shower.
“Conchiglia", can host up to 4
people and it's settled ground floor,
it's the closest to swimming pool and
yard and has two double bedrooms a large
living area with kitchenette and a
bathroom with shower.
Each charming holiday homes in Apulia
has cooker, microwave, fridge,
freezer, washing machine. In the largest
apartment, "Affresco", there are also
dish washer and iron. But also, the
charming holiday homes in Apulia have
central heating, maid service, air
conditioning, house linen, towels
provided, internet access, terrestrial
TV. In the largest apartment,
"Affresco", there are also DVD, HI-FI
stereo, videogames.
The swimming pool and its garden
furniture are shared with the other
apartments. The largest apartments
"Affresco" has got its own errace with
view on the swimming pool and with
garden furniture. This accommodation in
