Bed & Breakfast in Apulia

This allowed to obtain natural air-conditioned rooms and to exalt the privacy assuring a better comfort. Inside, the Neapolitan fired brick offer a simple but elegant environment. Outside, the dry little walls and stones carved by the time meet themselves with the white stone from Alessano. A lot of birds fly through the little wood of the maquis, among palm trees, the citrus grove, the orchard, the vineyard and the vegetable garden. You can sunbathe around the swimming pool; read or relax yourself under the large roof; walk along the paths, lay on the meadows or participate to the gastronomic evenings, be present or take part in the bread baking, enjoy a barbecue and discover old tastes of local products.

The bed & breakfast in Apulia, is 200 m. far from Tiggiano, a quiet and hospitality village in the South of Salento, between the sea and the countryside; the Adriatic sea is 1 km far from it. Santa Maria di Leuca, a land rich of history and culture, wedges between the Ionio and the Adriatic seas; it is about 10 km. far from Tiggiano.
Lecce, the capital of province, the pearl of the baroque art, is 50 km far. Here you can admire the famous Santa Croce façade. Otranto, at about 35 km, is situated on the extreme oriental point of Salento peninsula, at 70 km from Albanian coast. Its origin dates back to prehistoric age. Here you can visit the beautiful historic centre, the Norman cathedral, the Aragonese castle, San Pietro church with lots of frescos. Gallipoli, at about 40 km, town-isle, is stretched in the Ionian sea. It has a very interesting historic centre, seaside and folk traditions.
But all the villages have something of unique and enchanting with their changing views, beaches, canyons, caves, cliffs, secular olive trees, the typical “pajare”, “masserie” (old farms), churches and castles, libertyhouses, coastal towers, typical dance and celebrations.
